| Lifecare Ambulance Membership |
 What is Lifecare?
Lifecare is a service provided by the Big Bear City Fire Department that gives the residents of our valley added coverage, if ambulance transport is needed. Lifecare covers co-payments and/or full coverage if insurance is not available to pay. In most cases, Lifecare also provides coverage of interfacility transfers.
Your Lifecare membership, not only helps you, it also helps us. Funds generated by the Lifecare program help offset the cost of maintaining and purchasing new equipment.
What does it cost?
The cost of membership is only $59.00. The membership calendar year extends from November 1st through October 31st. The membership covers you, your dependants, unmarried children under 25, and other persons listed as dependants regularly living in your residence.
